The HHAeXchange+ caregiver app is a reliable and efficient tool designed for homecare, self-direction, and Care Insights in Texas, Illinois, and Massachusetts. It offers a secure mobile experience that connects caregivers with homecare agencies or self-directed employers, ensuring compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act requirement. The app records a caregiver's location only during clock-in and clock-out times, prioritizing privacy.

The HHAeXchange+ app features three distinct modes:

1. Agency Mode: This mode is ideal for caregivers employed by homecare agencies. It provides them with various functionalities to streamline their work and enhance their productivity. In Agency Mode, caregivers can easily clock in and clock out using location services or FOB. They can also manage their schedule on-the-go, create unscheduled visits, record plan of care duties, conduct skilled or non-skilled visits, access member information such as demographics and plan of care tasks, and even communicate in real-time with agencies through the Two-Way Chat Message Center.
2. Self-Direction Mode: Self-Direction Mode caters to family and friends serving as caregivers. It allows them to seamlessly start and end a shift and access important consumer information.
3. Care Insights Mode: Care Insights Mode is specifically designed for payers who require member-related questions to be answered and recorded. In this mode, caregivers can provide responses to health and environment questions related to the member. They can proactively monitor member health and measure progress on specific plans of care to improve member outcomes.

It's worth noting that HHAeXchange+ requires an active internet connection (3G, 4G, or WiFi) for optimal performance.
